Oh hello! I'm a visual/product designer based in Seattle. My work is precise, thoughtful, and thorough. I think in terms of systems when designing. I have an eye for visual balance, and a dedication to file organization. My goal is to produce work that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Experience

I have over 6 years of experience working at Microsoft. Currently, with the Fluent Design Team. Previously, with Edge Design, focusing on the browser experience. And over 4 years with Xbox Design, designing for the Xbox One console, Xbox Game Pass app, Mixer, and the Xbox support site.

I gained design agency experience from my time at POP, The Garrigan Lyman Group, and Hammerquist Studios. As well as in-house design experience at Nordstrom.

I've also worked with freelance clients on a variety of projects — identity, print, and some very light html coding.

Education

I have a BA in Interdisciplinary Visual Art from University of Washington, where I focused on drawing, painting, and printmaking. Studying and creating art served as a foundation for my design sense. I received an AAS in Graphic Design from Seattle Central College afterward.
